Orders and Pricing

Orders may be accepted or rejected at ManaMed's discretion. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Prices may change without notice at any time before an order is accepted. Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are added at checkout.

Limited Warranty

ManaMed products carry a limited warranty from the date of shipment against defects in materials and workmanship, as described in our Product Warranty at manamed.com/warranty. Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect. The warranty does not apply to products that have been abused, misused, not used in accordance with the Instructions for Use (IFU), not purchased from ManaMed or an authorized dealer, or modified or repaired by anyone other than ManaMed. ManaMed's sole obligation under this limited warranty is to repair or replace the defective product or refund the purchase price, at ManaMed's discretion.

MANAMED DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES NOT SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Products are sold for use in the United States. You may not export any products outside the United States without ManaMed's prior written consent.
